Exquisite Triple Strand Pearl Necklace with 9ct Gold and Amethyst Clasp – 1962

A beautifully made 1960s triple strand pearl necklace, crafted with the quiet refinement one expects from mid-century jewellery. Each soft ivory pearl has been individually hand-knotted, allowing the strands to fall gracefully and ensuring both strength and longevity. The necklace is completed by an ornate 9ct gold clasp, centrally set with a fine oval cabochon amethyst of lilac tone, bordered by delicate split pearls for a truly elegant finish.
