Description

A striking old mine cut diamond is showcased in this Art Deco engagement ring. The antique centre stone is a unique shape - a long cushion - and is secured by six double-claws within a platinum collet. The platinum shoulders are set with six (three each side) smaller diamonds, leading to a slim, D-shpaed platinum shank.

Accompanied by an independent jewellery report from WGI.

Cut: Old mine cut in the centre. The diamonds in the shoulders are a mix of round brilliant cuts and eight-cuts.

Colour: The centre is H. The diamonds in the shoulders are G to H.

Clarity: The centre is SI1. The diamonds in the shoulders are VS2 to SI1.

Carat: The centre is approximately 0.80 carat, with a further approximate 0.05 carat in the shoulders.

Circa: 1930.

Size: M (UK) or 6 (US). Free sizing available.

Measurements: The diamond is 6.11 x 4.38mm and sits 5mm from the finger.

Weight: 3.04 grams.

Metal: Stamped 18CT PLAT - 18k gold and platinum - and tested with a Niton DXL Precious Metal Analyzer to confirm.
