Description

A fine pair of antique Edwardian sterling silver photograph frames which are oval shape in design with plain bodies, original velvet backing and each resting on an easel stand for support. These silver frames have been made to the highest standard, as one would expect from the Goldsmiths and Silversmiths Company, and the backing can be removed from the silver bodies, which is a sign of superior craftsmanship. Although the velvet backing of each frame has faded over the years, it is wonderful to know they remain in their original condition and that they haven't been renewed or replaced over time.
