Superb Indian Solid Silver Bird Terminal Lidded Box C1920 Antique 198g

Description

A beautiful high quality Indian antique solid lidded box / pot. It is marked SILVER and tests as high grade silver. I would date it to c1910-1920. It has been superbly made with the finial being in the form of a bird. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. It measures approx. 4.5 inches (11.4cm) across by 3.25 inches (8.2cm) tall to the finial and weighs 198 grams. A very well made piece.
