Quality beautiful oak! What a ‘thing’ this is! A lovely early 20th century oak open front bookcase with four shelves in mint original condition. This understated bookcase has been greatly enhanced by the addition (all original to the piece) of three beautiful copper panels decorated with a squirrel and birds. The panels bear the signature of Albert Gilles a renowned French coppersmith. This is a lovely piece of furniture that is both practical a beautiful, please see our other listings for more vintage, retro and furniture.
