A beautiful mint still boxed English solid sterling silver table cigarette or cigar box (the central division can be adjusted or removed to accommodate either). It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1963 with the maker being AT&Sn. It has been beautifully designed with the lid being engine turned and the cartouche has free from any engravings. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs - looks unused. It measures approx. 6 inches (15.2cm) across by 4 inches (10.2cm) wide by over 1.5 inches (4.1cm) tall and weighs 346 grams (including the wooden liner and there most likely will be a base plate). A very high quality super clean interesting piece.
