Victorian Sterling Silver Tea Infuser Ball Egg Strainer 1894 Unusual Antique

Description

A rare English solid sterling silver tea strainer / infuser. It has been hallmarked for Birmingham 1894 with the makers marks being HA. It has been superbly made and is in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs, faint end push. The inside is gilded and it closes tightly. It measures approx. 2 inches (5cms) long excluding the chain, by 1.75 inches (4cms) wide and weighs 34 grams. A very well made rare piece.
