A lovely pair of octagonal bronze lanterns featuring opaque glass panels, likely dating to the 1930s. The geometric design, use of solid bronze, and hinged access panels reflect strong Art Deco influences typical of the interwar period. Originally made for secure outdoor or entryway mounting, with bases fitted for bolt installation. The bronze has developed a warm patina, and the glass shows light ageing, enhancing their authentic character.
