Beautiful English Solid Silver Ladies Card Case 1916 Antique Art Deco 71g Roses

A very stylish English antique solid silver ladies card case. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1916 with the maker being EJH. It has been superbly made having a chain and finger loop and being finely engraved with scrolls and decorated with roses around its edges. The inside has been gilded. It is in superb condition being free from dings, splits, holes and repairs, just a tiny mark to the reverse - see final photo. It measures approx 4.25 inches (10.4cm) by 3 inches excluding the chain and loop and weighs 71 grams. A beautifully designed high quality example.
