Description

This is a super example of a stripped pine trunk

Flat topped

Lid and sides are manufactured from solid single width pieces of pine

Internally it has the candle box and it still has two integral drawers one has a lock insitue, as does the chest . Sadly no keys available.

Dovetail joints are clearly evident

The original hinges are still also evident and functional

Substantial proportions

Overall length approx 43 inches

Width 18 inches

Height 19 1/2inches

Making this antique item the perfect storage item that can be used as extra seating or coffee table ..

A truly lovely waxed piece
