The Silver Cabinet has dated this Silver Rimmed Boot Pin Cushion to the Edwardian era.
The rim is hallmarked with the maker's mark of William Henry Sparrow.
The detailing on the boot is fantastic. The silver rim is free from damage, although a little tarnished in places. The cushion has a some point been replaced but is a good match. There is one very small chip to the brown terracotta, just within the bow at the top of the laces.
