Antique Novelty Silver Pepper Shaker

1900 - 1920
Description

A good example of a small Sterling Silver pepper shaker. It is a stylish and good quality piece with a handle and it weighs approximately 14g.

It is clearly hallmarked for Chester, 1910 and the maker Saunders & Shepherd.

It is in good condition for its age. There are some faint surface marks and a few minor dinks but nothing detrimental and overall it displays well. It has been gently cleaned and polished and is ready for use.

Height : 2" (5cm)

Length inc Handle : 1 3/4" (4.5cm)

Width : 1 1/4" (3cm)
