This is an absolutely stunning 19th century leather and brass Military chest in beautiful fully restored condition, dating from around 1890. The chest bears the Military badges for the regiment and has all the clasps and handles in good quality solid brass in full working order. The studding to the chest is most attractive and the contrasting tan and brown leather sections add to the decorative appeal of the piece. This has the initials of the original owner embossed to the lid front section and has been beautifully finished inside with a magenta cotton lining.
