A magnificent antique Victorian mahogany leather top partners desk. This dates from around the 1840-1860 period.

It is of extremely high quality, and is a very large and impressive piece. This has very generous proportions, the back and front are identical with nine drawers on each side. The drawers have very fine quality brass handles with detailed lions heads on each handle, the mahogany has a beautiful colour and rich patina. The top has a stunning hand coloured and gold tooled leather surface that also has a gorgeous patina.

This partners desk sits on plinth bases, with casters underneath that enable it to roll around smoothly, it comes apart into three sections for easy transportation.

We just had this recently re-polished, it is in fantastic condition for its age.
