Pretty Antique 18ct gold Turquoise diamond ring. Pretty antique ring featuring green turquoise measuring 8mm x 5mm set in a pretty cluster ring. The central turquoise is surrounded by small 1mm rose cut diamonds which are hand cut and not very bright. The total face of the ring is 12mm x 10mm including the gold petals. The turquoise has naturally faded with age and has a green colour. The ring is not hallmarked but has been tested for 18ct gold, turquoise and diamonds.
