A beautiful made English solid sterling silver porringer cup or bowl. It is hallmarked form Sheffield 1923 with the maker being Henry Stratford; Henry Stratford Ltd. It has been superbly designed and the bowl has an Anna Dei Gratia 1708 coin inset, a quite rare coin. It is in superb condition having no dings splits or repairs. It measures over 5 inches (13cm) across including the handle and over 3.75 inches (10cm) excluding it by 1.5 inches (3.8cm) tall and weighs an impressive 110 grams. A stunning example.
