Pretty 15ct gold synthetic ruby and rose cut diamond art deco dress ring, Synthetic ruby has exactly the same composition as ruby and began to be made in a laboratory in the early 20th century. This is high art deco I’m style, both colour wise and in design. Tests as 14ct gold.
