Georg Jensen sterling gilt and white enamel "Daisy" Brooch/Pendant. 1950s.

The Daisy is the Danish national flower, and when the now retired Queen Margrethe was born and christened in 1940, her mother Queen Ingrid was presented with a special version of the Daisy to commemorate the event.

This classic "Daisy" brooch has the facility for a chain and can also be worn as a pendant please see pictures. It measures 4.5cm diameter. Weight 19.9g. Excellent condition and the enamel is in perfect order. Comes with later Georg Jensen box.
