Victorian Turquoise 9ct Gold Cross Pendant

A lovely Victorian gold cross pendant adorned with five vivid blue turquoise cabochons. The cross was originally a mechanical pencil, at the back you can see the inner section which would have slid down to reveal the lead, although this does not now move.
 
SIZE: Approximately 3.5 x 1.6cm, 4cm long including the bail.
 
WEIGHT: 2.2g.
 
MATERIALS: Nine-carat gold, turquoise. Some of the innards, ie the pencil clutch mechanism, are metal.
 
HALLMARKS/STAMPS: None found.
 
CONDITION: In very good antique condition, although the pencil section is stuck inside.
 
ERA: Estimated Victorian (c.1837-1901).
