Brass candlesticks have been utilized for centuries as primary light sources before the widespread adoption of electricity, evolving from utilitarian objects into decorative mantel and table accents.

Traditional candlesticks are typically crafted using brass casting methods, often involving sand casting or lost-wax techniques, followed by turning on a lathe and hand-polishing.

Authenticity is evaluated through construction details such as casting seams, base weight, wear patterns, manufacturing marks, and the specific composition of the brass alloy.

They can be displayed on dining tables, mantelpieces, or sideboards to introduce metallic warmth, textural contrast, and ambient lighting to contemporary spaces.

Preservation involves dusting with a soft cloth and occasionally cleaning with a non-abrasive metal polish only when necessary to maintain the desired level of shine or patina.
