An antique Afshar Soumak Persian flat weave rug, approximately 6''6'' x 3''10'', Circa 1930. This rug has a terracotta field with hooked gul medallion, enclosed by repeating borders. A hand-woven rug with fringes to both ends, one braided. Wool construction.
