Superb quality Large and impressive Vintage 18ct Gold Sapphire and Diamond Engagement Ring 'Lady Diana' Style. Beautiful Ring of good quality, consisting of a large 10 x 8mm oval very dark blue/black coloured sapphire. The sapphire is surrounded by 14 sparkly round cut diamonds of 3 points each. Total diamond weight 0.45ct min. The face is beautifully designed with a halo of diamonds surrounding the sapphire in the famous style of Lady Diana's engagement ring. The total face of the ring is 15mm x 12mm. Well made quality ring in very good condition, with some minor wear in accordance with its age. Sapphire very big and dark but when held to the light shows a depth of blues. Would make a wonderful classic engagement ring in the style of Lady Diana's ring. Sparkly timeless ring. Shank is fully hallmarked for 18ct Birmingham and the year 1966. This ring is size UK M and US 6 Weight 5g
