A French 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant designed as an oval medal with a relief of Jesus Christ with the Sacred Heart to one side; to the other, the Virgin Mary as Madonna and Child on a throne in Heaven. Stamped with the eagle''s head poincon for 18 karat gold and French manufacture, along with the maker''s mark for Perriat. Engraved to the edge ''Yves 20-6-54''.
