It certainly would be fun to use as luggage and become a real talking point - although we suggest perhaps a little too large for the standard luggage allowance of any of the low-cost carriers!
This extremely well fitted piece has provenance by repute of being the former property of the Govenor of Hong Kong. You can imagine the useful nature of such a compactum as he travelled the former colonies.
The trunk opens to reveal a hanging wardrobe, ironing board, removeable case and a variety of fitted drawers.
Overall the trunk is in good antiques order with the expected abrasions from use. The piece has some charming original stickers.
A great vintage item & a fun thing to own.
