A beautiful rare English William IV antique solid sterling silver chamberstick candle holder & snuffer. It is hallmarked for Sheffield 1834 with the maker being Henry Wilkinson & Co. It has been superbly designed and it comes with its own snuffer it has been engraved with a crest used by the Stringer family. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs, a couple of tiny marks on the edge of the candle holder but hidden when the sconce is in place see final photo.It measures approx. 6 inches (15.2cm) across by 4.25 inches (10.8cm) tall and weights 334 grams including the snuffer. A super quality well made rare piece.
