Victorian Upholstered Ottoman

£795    $1,044    €949
A Victorian ottoman of sarcophagus shape, with a padded and upholstered lid, and upholstered sides. It stands on mahogany bun feet with small castors, and has mahogany trim. We have had this recovered with a crewel work fabric to the lid, and a plain raspberry pink fabric to the sides which picks up one of the colours in the crewel fabric. The interior is lined in a plain neutral fabric.

A great piece of furniture to stand at the end of a bed or under a window - combined seat and storage! The beautiful embroidered crewel fabric is Coromandel Butterfly Crewel.

Condition:

Newly recovered so in excellent condition, some minor scuffs and marks to the wooden areas.
