A stunning vintage 9ct Gold Large Sapphire & Diamond Cluster Pendant. The pendant is of beautiful quality. It is set with a central large oval cut sapphire (8.00ct) with 24 (1 point) diamonds, totalling (0.24ct) each. The pendant measures 29mm x 18mm. The pendant weighs 3.3 gram. The pendant is in excellent condition.
