A Fabulous Arts & Crafts Georg Jensen Sliding Vesta

A rare and very desirable silver vesta by the great Georg Jensen. This fabulous example has a gently planished body with an embossed and engraved flower to both front and back. The is a subtle band of engraved bordering to the top and bottom and the interior slides open with the help of a thumb pusher. The body is curved and tactile and to the top is a striker. The silver is of superior quality, as one would expect from this great maker. A fine and desirable collector's item. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Excellent, with no breaks or losses. There is a small blemish to the base edge commensurate with age and use.
