Stunning Solid Silver Baptism Christening Spoon 1885 Antique Victorian

Description

A beautiful Danish style antique English solid sterling silver baptism spoon. It is hallmarked for London 1885 with the makers marks being William Comyns. It has been beautifully designed having a broad bowl and ornate terminal depicting faces. Note the bowl has been pierced so as to not pick up too much eater for the baby's head. It is in super condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. It measures approx. 5 inches (13cms) long by 2.25 inches (5.7cms) wide and weighs 49 grams. A beautifully made piece.
