A Superb George V Silver Sewing Compendium

This is a charming and collectable sewing necessaire or compendium, with a hallmarked silver body and tools. The tools comprise a hallmarked thimble (replacement) a three cotton spool and a central needle case with cap. The silver case is cylindrical in shape and the spool, when inserted completes the base. Antique sewing items are always in great demand and this is a lovely and rather unusual example. Dimensions below.
