A Charming Edwardian Silver Stamp Case

A lovely item of collectable Edwardian silver. A hallmarked silver stamp 'envelope' with an attaching ring for a fob or chatelaine. The front has a border along the top flap, of dot engraved pattern and leaf detail. The interior is gilded. These novelty items were formed in the shape of an envelope and are widely collected. A lovely and unusual item. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Very good, with no dents or splits. The lid closes well. The interior has some scratching, commensurate with age and use.
