The result was magnificent. Please enlarge all the images to see all the fine details & condition, because I couldn’t possibly describe everything. We just took them out of a large residence near London & the previous owners had purchased them in Paris many years ago & had them wired. I would date them to the last quarter of the 19th century, or possibly early 20th. Difficult to say exactly as I’m not an expert in blackamoors. I do know that these are the finest items I have come across.
