A Gorgeous Victorian Silver & Amethyst Glass Scent Bottle

A gorgeous Victorian scent bottle with silver repousse lid. The octagonal body is slice cut and of ovoid form. The body is in the sought after amethyst colourway, cased with clear glass and is beveled at the base. The lid is hinged and opens to reveal the original peg stopper. A lovely collector's piece, still usable today. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Excellent, with no holes or dents to the lid and no chips or cracks to the glass.

Hallmarks :- Unmarked but tests as silver (not unusual for small Victorian scent bottles).
