This is a beautiful antique Edwardian sterling silver marriage / wedding box measuring 5 3/4" (14.5 cms) x 2 3/4" (7 cms) x 1 1/4" (3 cms) high.

It's hallmarked for London 1903 with the silversmiths mark for William Comyns.

It has the beautiful pierced lid showing the wedding scene with bells on either side and it is larger than the usual.

It weighs 142 grams
