A Georgian Newcastle Silver Gravy Ladle.

A superb Newcastle silver gravy or sauce ladle dating from the reign of George III. This fine example is in Old English pattern and a lovely armorial to the top front. Newcastle silver is always in demand, as it was made in small quantities and the Assay Office closed in 1883. A rare and collectable item, with a practical use.
