A Gorgeous Silver & Tortoiseshell Aide Memoire.

A gorgeous example of a silver mounted aide memoire from the early 20th Century. This lovely piece has sliding tortoiseshell outer covers with pique work to the front, with ivory 'leaves' for notes. A beautiful and usable pocket or purse item.

Condition :- Excellent, with no dents or splits to the silver. There are no chips,cracks or losses to the ivory or tortoiseshell. There are two tiny pieces of loss to the pique, commensurate with age and use.
