Description

A must-have in a every woman’s jewellery box. This 18 inch rope of pearls slightly graduates in size from the ends to the centre. Strung on knotted silk, the pearls hold a lovely creamy cluster and a very slight rose blush. The immaculate clasp features glowing blue sapphire set within a surround of rose cut diamonds.

French hallmarks.

Cut – The sapphire is a oval mixed cut with rose cut diamonds.

Colour – The diamonds are H.

Clarity – The sapphire is eye clean. The diamonds are VS.

Carat – Each diamond is approximately 0.35 carat.

Circa – 1950.

Measurements – The necklace is 18 inches long. The pearls range from 5mm to 9.2mm.

Metal – The clasp is 18k white gold. French hallmarks.
