A handsome silver mounted match striker from the elegant Edwardian era and assayed in Birmingham. This interesting example has a spiral glass body for striking and a resevoire to hold the matches. An interesting collector's item and good gift idea.

Condition :- Excellent, with no chips or cracks to the glass and no dents or splits to the silver. There are a few dings to the silver commensurate with age and use.

Date :- Birmingham 1901.

Maker :- William Harrison Walter.

Height :- 5.5 cms.

Diameter :- 6.5 cms (widest point).
