Condition - Excellent. The chain is not original to the pendant.
Measurements - The sapphire, including the setting10.70mm by 13.10mm. With the hoop and the linking diamond, the pendant is 26mm long. Chain is 18".
Metal - The chain is 9ct gold, hallmarked. The pendant is 18ct gold, tested.
