Description

A magical early Art Deco ring that, at first glance, appears so simple. But the more you look at it, the more detail emerges. The exceptional custom made collet with sweeping double claws; the groove in the very fine band; the scrolling cheniers; the intricate milgraining either side of the six rose cut diamonds on the shoulders. Set in this stunner is a deep midnight blue sapphire, the sharp lines of which contrast nicely the more sweeping elegance of the band.

Cut - Emerald cut. Rose cut diamonds in the shoulders.

Colour - Deep blue.

Clarity - VS.

Carat - Approximately 3.00 carat

Condition - Excellent

Circa - 1920.

Measurements - The sapphire measures 7.4mm by 12.2mm and sits 4.1mm from the finger.

Size - Currently L (UK) or 5 1/2 (US). Complementary sizing is available, can go up or down.

Metal - Platinum. Tested.
