Georg Jensen founded his silver smithy in Copenhagen in 1904, pioneering a distinct Scandinavian silversmithing style that combined organic motifs with functionalist principles.

Pieces are crafted primarily from sterling silver, often featuring hand-applied oxidisation to accentuate sculptural contours and botanical details.

Authenticity is verified through official makers marks, numerical design identification stamps, and standard silver purity hallmarks stamped directly onto the metal.

Vintage silver pieces serve as sculptural focal points that complement minimalist tailoring, monochrome palettes, and understated modern garments.

Silver should be stored in anti-tarnish bags, kept away from moisture and cosmetics, and cleaned gently with a specialised microfibre polishing cloth without abrasive chemical dips.
