A stunning 9ct Gold Diamond & Marquis Cut Blue Topaz. The ring is set with gorgeously faceted marquis cut blue topaz (3.50ct), surrounded by a cluster of 18 x diamonds (1 point) each, totalling (0.18ct). Face measures 16mm x 9mm, the total weight is a good 2.9 grams, is a UK size M1/2. This vintage ring is in excellent condition.

Metal: 9ct yellow gold.
