Beautiful 18ct gold sapphire and diamond ring. Set to the centre with a gorgeous old cut diamond with a cornflower blue sapphire to each side.

The diamond is set in a chiselled star design on an attractive gypsy band with ornate detail to the shoulders.

This fabulous ring looks stunning when worn.
