The Silver Cabinet has dated this piece to the 1930s.
They are clearly hallmarked for Glasgow 1937 with the maker's mark (and box of) Edward & Sons.
They are circular with a central thistle on a shield-shaped base. The silver is in great condition. The box is a little discoloured inside and has some wear on the outside.
