This Quality 19th century Antique Mahogany Victorian Open Bookcase dates from ca. 1890 and has a beautifully figured top with moulded edge above two adjustable shelves and stands on a moulded plinth. This Victorian bookcase benefits from maintaining the original backboards and has genuine charm and character. The Mahogany has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of furniture wax finishing.
