Antique Edwardian Mahogany Inlaid Astragal Glazed Bookcase C1900 Wdb6160/6.12

Description

Superb antique edwardian mahogany bookcase with fine inlaid stringing and dating from aorund 1900. It has a cornice top above a deep mahogany frieze wityh inlaid stringing and above four astragal glazed doors all of which are finely strung. Internally there is a central divide with three adjustable shelves to each side and it stands on a plinth base on cabriole legs with a pad foot.

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the mahogany oozing the charm and character of the period.

Measures: 63" high X 13" deep X internal depth 10.5" X 74" long
