Magnificent Quality Victorian Mahogany Antique Large Library Bookcase
This early 19th Century Magnificent Quality Victorian Mahogany Antique Large Library Bookcase is a true quality piece and dates from ca. 1850. It has a ‘step’ moulded cornice, above three glazed doors, each with moulded edges and a key with working locks. Each interior has three adjustable shelves. The lower section is a ‘low waist’ with a rectangular moulded top above three panelled doors with mouldings and working locks. Each interior has one adjustable shelf. This quality antique bookcase splits into three sections for removal. It has aged to a warm shade of Mahogany with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of furniture wax finishing.
