Superior Heavy Gauge Silver Mustard Pot London 1924

Superior heavy gauge, plain polished silver Mustard Pot with protruding edges to both the top and the base and a charming loop handle with thumb piece to open the hinged lid. Hallmarks are visible on one side for the London Assay office with a date mark for 1924 and Lion Passant indicating sterling silver, along with the maker''s mark for J Parkes & Co. There are also partial marks visible on the underside of the lid.
The pot contains the original blue glass liner.
A fabulous mustard, lovely large proportions and in super condition (no dents or marks to the silver). Would grace any dining table beautifully. A perfect gift!
