Description

A most attractive pair of solid silver, Victorian knife rests.  Both are fully hallmarked for the London Assay office with a date mark for 1870, Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver and the maker's mark for the silversmith:  Chawner & Co. (George William Adams).

 

Condition: In super condition.

 

Measurements:  Width 6.8 cm   Depth:  2.5 cm   Height:  2.5 cm

 

Combined weight:  55.1 grams
