Prior and Willis has dated this Japanese Meiji Cloisonne Charger to the 19th Century.
Made of brass/bronze with enamel decoration.
A breathtaking quality piece with large impressive proportions and 12 lobed shape. The reverse of the plate is enameled in a typical blue fish scale pattern.

In very good condition with minor surface wear and enamel crazing consistent with age.
Being picky, I would mention the following:

There is a little enamel missing from the setting ring on the underside of the plate and a corresponding slightly raised area (too slight to photograph or notice without close inspection) in the dish above (the enamel of the top surface of the plate is undamaged).

Would look amazing in the right location!
